New Sorting Policy

I am changing the rule about when students can join. You can't join in the middle of a semester but new students will be sorted and allowed in halfway through the year (during winter holidays). Out of character, this will probably be in a few weeks. Please be patient since this site is still incredibly new and we're still figuring things out.
