Regarding houses and points.

Two new rules have been created.

1. Teachers are allowed to award or subtract points to students. There will be a topic for this where teachers will post how many points were added or subtracted from a certain house. Students should be informed when they are the reason for change in points, through roleplay or other means.
2. Students must not post in any common room besides their own.
